This is a vintage wallpaper piece that is in the public domain and can be used in any art, for whatever purpose. I’ve actually used this in several of my background designs where it is mixed with lots of other layers.
It’s one of my favorite designs to use when I’m creating textured backgrounds because it creates unique and interesting patterns and blends depending on what Adobe Photoshop setting I have selected.
